100.00

Six for Gold was photographed between 2008-2017 comprising nearly a decade of Mein's photographic practice. Six for Gold is a visual poem, wandering from anonymous cityscapes to people caught in the moment between one action and another. Mein uses the camera as a way to destabilise familiar scenes and to explore notions of home or belonging in an increasingly transitory world.

Six for Gold is 100 pages and printed and hand-bound in Wellington New Zealand on satin 150gsm paper, section bound, and finished with a gold foiled and embossed navy blue hardcover.  The publication features an essay by Caroline McQuarrie. expected to ship late March. 210x310mm.

first edition, second printing of 25.
